GUESS WHAT!

Our pumpkin at six weeks

Our pumpkin at eight weeks - 2 centimeters tall!

Yep, you guessed it! Our little guy is coming! We've had two ultrasounds so far, shown here. Also, his gender cannot be determined at this age, that will have to wait til later. However I did want to post the first bit of parenting advice I was given that will forever remain in my memory.

1: You are having a boy. Anyone who says otherwise is incredibly wrong. Sorry for the girl/boy confusion you must be receiving from the morning-sickness-indications.
2: There is no reliable way to tell whether you are having a boy or girl until 20 weeks.
3: Don't believe/encourage people who tell you what you are having.
4: Congratulations on your boy!
5: He will probably want a gun for his third birthday -- just make sure it's like darts or something; stay away from buckshot until he's at least 7.
6: Allow nature to determine which side his part is on. There should be evidence of nature's choice based on his swirly cow-lick.

we mainly got that printer because the ink is cheaper, so coupons would be cheaper for us and really make it worth it!
